"I stopped in the office and gave all of my personal info. I was promised a quote that afternoon. I never received it. Then, I finally received an email from Jim asking for Homeowner's declaration for bundling. I sent all documents....finally received a response 8 days later asking for more info. I never received an actual quote for auto or homeowner's. This has to be the WORST customer service I have experienced in a long time. I definitely wouldn't use Jim Andrews for any insurance needs."

"I would highly recommend Jim Andrews office for all insurance purposes. I have had a roof leak cause damage in my home . We have had had a car accident. Dealing with these issues was easier than I expected. Jim and his staff (Donna) took the time in advance when we became clients to make sure that we had the proper coverage for all of the needs of my Family. When we did have an unfortunate issue. We were covered. We are also grateful we took advantage of their college savings plan options. There have been no hassles or headaches! They go above and beyond!"
